I recently ordered this and the package arrived the next day and in perfect condition. The unit is exceptionally made and very easy to assemble. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the black carpeting used was extremely soft and of good quality as opposed to the ratty carpeting you find on the more commercial types of these products.
The cats love and and with the experience of shopping from here, I would suggest others to take the chance and order from Naff's as well ... you wont regret it.
