The Staywell Magnetic Cat Door provides security against intrusion by strays without requiring batteries or house current!

The secret? The collar key itself is a magnet that actually unlocks the flap allowing access by your pet but not by other pets or strays.

The Staywell Magnetic Cat Door is suitable for cats up to 15 pounds.

This cat flap is self-framing from 0" to 2 1/4".

Because it's self-framing, it may be installed in any door including solid or hollow core, aluminum or other non-magnetic material.

It should not be installed in a door made from steel or other magnetic material.

The Staywell Magnetic Cat Door should be installed high enough so that the collar key actually touches the tunnel when the cat approaches.

If not mounted high enough for this to happen, the door may not respond.

Naturally, as with all cat doors, this one is perfectly suitable for small dogs as well.

Flap Opening: 5-7/8" x 5"
Width/Height: 6-1/2" x 6-3/4" or 8-3/8" diameter hole
Outside Frame Dimension: 9-1/4" x 9-3/4"

A Tunnel Extension may be added if needed for installation in a wall. Each clip-on section gives 2" extra tunnel length allowing the cat flap to be fitted to doors and walls of any depth.
